Meet the founder: Sandra Pultz

Sandra “Sandy” Pultz founded Sandra Pultz Law with a simple purpose: to stand up for people who have been injured at work, treated unfairly by their employers, or denied the wages and protections they deserve.

Sandy understands that a workplace injury or employment dispute is more than just a legal issue. It can affect your health, your financial security, your career, and your family’s future. When everything feels uncertain, having someone who listens, explains your options, and is willing to fight for you matters.

Before becoming an attorney, Sandy served as a first responder in Southern California. Her experience reinforced the importance of standing up for others, remaining strong under pressure, and treating people with dignity during difficult circumstances. Those same principles guide her work as an attorney today.
